2.Making an order

Orders can be placed via internet on the web site www.arduinoshoes.com 24/7.The moment the order is accepted the Client will receive an e-mail to ensure confirmation of the order.

 3.Product Information

The pictures of the products are not regulated by terms and conditions here described and can not under any circumstances be considered a responsibility of S.T.G. S.r.l.
The technical files and products' descriptions are supplied by S.T.G. S.r.l. partners and/or suppliers, hence S.T.G. S.r.l. declines any possible responsibility in connection with them.

4. Availability

The availability shown on the web site is only an indication and it does not in any way represent a binding contract. The availability is updated in real time by our shops three times a day. Keeping in mind the time gap between the web suite's update and the shops' it is possible to have a situation where the selected size is not actually available. The web site will in any case allow you to book and pay for the selected item, the client will have to wait for a confirmation e-mail which confirms the actual availability of the chosen size considered valid and the payment made by the client will be immediately refunded via PayPal or via bank transfer on the client's bank account.

5. Price

Deliveries throughout Italy are sent via Tnt Express courier S.p.A and are totally free of charge , while for other destinations outside Italy please refer to the table on Point 8.

As per legal business requirements, all deliveries to abroad will have an official invoice on which each item 's value is clearly stated and expressed in Euros. The selling process indicated on the web site is expressed in Euros and already include" IVA" ( V.a.t.) and Delivery costs for abroad are always charged to the client and will feature on the invoice at the bottom as an extra cost to the selected products.
S.T.G. Srl reserves the right to modify selling prices at any time, but at the same time is committed to guarantee the price that is shown on the web site at the time of ordering.

6. PAYMENTS

Arduinoshoes.com offers its clients the following payment methods:

·    PayPal The client will be directed to the arduinoshoes' cart, onto the protected PayPal page. Information will be gathered by PayPal however arduinoshoes.com or third parties can not in any way access that information. That information will , however, never be used . It will only be used in the event of a refund.

Bank Transfer - When this payment method is chosen the goods will be sent only the moment the payment has reached S.T.G. S.r.l.'s bank account, therefore 4 to 5 days may go by. To speed up the delivery, the customer can send the copy of the bank transfer by email at arduino.borsescarpe@yahoo.it

8. DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deliveries are sent means Tnt Express courier S.p.A according to the following tables prices:

Delivery timings depend on the destination(it usually takes 2 to 5 days for Italy, 5 to 7 days for Europe, and up 2 weeks for rest of the World).
Products bought on the Site can be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands. The order will be dispatched to the address indicated at time of purchase.Arduinoshoes.com may avail of several couriers' services depending on the delivery location and in order to keep the costs as small as possible. The delivery times may vary and usually range from 1 to 3 working days( up to 5 days for the islands). The timings needed for the deliveries as indicated on our web site are only an indication and are subject to changes. We wish to remind our clients that transport and delivery of the products only happen on working days (a product ordered on a Saturday afternoon, even when the product is immediately available will not be sent until Monday morning. Hence you must count the necessary days for delivery as starting from Monday). S.T.G. Sr.l. cannot be held responsible for the consequences caused by a delay in the delivery, or for the lost of the delivery item(s) or the damage caused by the courier. In the event Arduinoshoes.com did not deliver with the forecasted timings ,the client has the right to contact us in order to understand the reasons for the delay. During this period (about 30 days) it won't be possible to obtain a refund nor to process a new order to be sent.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is to be considered for the Extra UE countries, which are not subject to 'IVA/TVA payment on the buying price according to the following law Esente Art. 8, 8 bis, 9, 71 e 72 del DPR 633/72, it is to pay whatever local tax the client's country imposes, about importing and/or customs'.
The moment the payment is authorized ( when the payment is with Credit card or Paypal) or as soon as the bank transfer has come through on our bank account ( when the payment is with bank transfer), the items will immediately be available and the orders will be dispatched in the shortest possible time, usually within the next 24 hours. We may remind the client here that upon Your first order ever you may receive a verifying test from your credit cards bank issuer. This process may cause a delay of a few days in the dispatching of your first order.

9. DELIVERY

What to do at time of delivery:
Check the box is in good order and especially check that the special delivery scotch tape used for packaging has not been removed and/or replaced with ordinary scotch tape.

Check that the product received is exactly what was ordered and that it does not have damages or apparent anomaly. In case where no problems are identified , accept the delivery.

In the case where the product is not the correct one, it's not acceptable or has suffered damages , refuse to accept delivery.

Give the box back to the courier and indicate clearly " damaged good" or " good different to what was ordered"

Send an e-mail to arduino.borsescarpe@yahoo.it explaining what happened during delivery.

10. RIGHT TO RECESSION, SATISFIED OR REIMBOURSED

If for whatever reason the Client is not satisfied with the purchase , the never worn articles may be changed for a different size, store credit or refund within 5 days from the delivery date.
Instructions for the refund:

·    In order to have authorization for the refund the Client must send a request to the arduino.borsescarpe@yahoo.it
 within 5 days from receiving the order.

·    In the e-mail it is vital to specify the codes of the articles that are to be refunded and to specify what compensation method is to be used: size change or refund.

·    Once we receive the refund request, arduinoshoes.com will send the client a written confirmation by e-mail , where also the Number Refund Authorization (R.A.N.) will be clearly stated , as well as a .pdf file to be printed and filled with all the pre- printed refund details to be attached to the originally received box.FOOTWEAR size change, the delivery is totally FREE of charge. Refunds to be made only by TNT courier, no other courier will be accepted, within 5 working days after delivery of goods.

Only one free of charge refund is to be accepted per each authorized refund (agreed in advance with the company Arduinoshoes).

In the case where the refund is to do with measure of a bag change,  the return shipment will be borne by the customer within 5 to 15(depending on the country of residence) working days of delivery. In this case the customer can use any courier guaranteeing the return of the goods within 5 to 15 working days (depending on the country of residence).


Any refund will be made within 15 days after arrival of the goods. 

In the case where the refund is to do with a total refund, the delivery will be paid by the Client. the cost of the return shipment will vary depending on the delivery status (see the table price).

The refund will be visible on the PAYPAL 's statement immediately after the refunded goods have been checked upon or on the Client's credit card when a credit card that has been used for payment.

The items must be returned to the address that is indicated on the refund authorization e-mail within a maximum of 5 days from the written authorisation issued by our Refunds department.

The returned items will go directly to the shop from which the items had been delivered, so that the refunded item can be checked upon.

The products have to be sent back in their original box, including any manuals, guarantee marks and any other accessory that may have been included in the originally received box.
Delivery costs of the returned products will be completely offered free of charge by arduinoshoes.com when :• Faulty items were sent by our shops
• In case of a size change.
Delivery costs of the returned products are charged to the clients when :
• items are returned with no motivation within 5 days.
• in the case of a second and more size change
• in the case of an return with no motivation as to why
Further information can be asked to the Clients as to confirm definitively the purchase.
In order to allow Arduinoshoes.com to contact you in case of necessity the Clients are kindly asked to indicate:
• an e-mail address currently in use,
• a mobile number on which you can be contacted for delivery.
We are aware of problems these procedures may cause to our clients but please do bare in mind that these measures have been adopted in order to protect transactions from fraud and potential damages to the Clients themselves.

11. TERMS ND CONDITIONS

Items of clothing and shoes must never have been worn, washed or altered in any manner and can not show any sign of usage, especially in the case of shoes there cannot be any sign of usage in the soles.

Each item must be returned including all labels, boxes and original accessories received with the order. All shoes and accessories must be refunded together with their original box and internal see-through paper which is considered 100% part of the product itself and that mustn't in any way be altered and/ or damaged, nor can it be used for box wrapping.

In the event of the client receiving faulty goods, or in the event of a delivery mistake made by Arduinoshoes.com, instructions for refund as outlined hereby. Arduinoshoes.com reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence before authorizing the refund for faulty items and taking care of the costs involved .The purchased items , which waiting on refund authorizations , must not under any circumstances be used before being sent back.

Refunds of the above mentioned items will be refused and sent back to the client in case evidence of usage can be detected. All items that are sent back to us will checked be carefully checked upon by Arduinoshoes.com and they must respect all the above mentioned criteria for refunds.
Arduinoshoes.com reserves the right to hold a charge equivalent to 10% product of the refunded items' value in the case where the refunded items are not in totally perfect conditions of refund are not followed carefully.

Arduinoshoes.com reserves the right to refuse refunds which have not been previously authorized and have been sent with couriers which are not TNT. In any case, by accepting such refunds a charge will be added, equal to 10% of the refunded items. The box carrying the refund is travelling at the Client's own , therefore Arduinoshoes.com cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage caused by faulty boxing up, delay in delivering to our shops

12. MISUNDERSTNDINGS ND RESPONSBILITIES

All the above General Conditions of Sales are regulated by Italian law. In case of any misunderstanding generated by the interpreting and/or the application of the above mentioned General Conditions it will be Ivrea's forum.

S.T.G. S.r.l. can t be held responsible in case the selling contract may not be liable in cases of force majeure, weather conditions or partial or total postal and or private businesses' strikes , floods, fire, and or wars.

Furthermore S.T.G. S.r.l. can not be held responsible for indirect damages , financial and / or economical losses and extra expenses that may be caused by purchasing a product on our web site.
S.T.G. S.r.l be can not be held responsible for the consequences of misuse of the products purchased on the web site. The complete lack of possibility to use the ordered products, in particular because of the incompatibility of materials, can not be considered a reason to obtain a total or partial refund or to have S.T.G S.r.l. held responsible for.

Links on the website may re-direct clients on to external web sites. S.T.G. S.r.l. is not responsible for the content of those sites, even when those sites are perfectly respectful and up to date with the current legal requirements. Even though all the products sold on our web site are compatible with a professional use, S.T.G. S.r.l can not be held responsible for the prejudgments which may result from a professional use of such products.

In those cases in which S.T.G. S.r.l. 's liability can be proved , it will always and in any case limited to the order value.
